Encourage your good habits and starve those bad ones! There is much research that holds that you can break a habit in six weeks and create a new one (positive I hope) after doing it for 21days. Despite the way you choose to look at it, you can change! You can drop those bad habits that hold you back from being your best self and replace them with good ones. With determination and discipline I encourage you (us) to take charge of bad habits and look forward to the positive benefits of the good ones. We can do it!!
